Green, King, Lennon, Carrick and Heskey all rumoured to be starting....
I would of personally tried Lampard and Gerrard in middle and J.Cole on the left J.Milner on the right........
Still think Fabio should of took Adam Johnson ahead of SWP!

Not the worst result in the world but it would have been nice to see the first goal, thanks ITV unbelievably Heskey was probably one of our better players, 5+ offsides aside. As for Green, shocking mistake but it happens, this was always going to be a tough match but 6 points from the next 2 please.

Obviously Greens mistake is undefendable, however the over-board of the media is beynod a joke! At the end of the day we still had 50 mins to recover and get another goal! I think generally the whole team bar Gerrard was piss poor!
But it isnt the end of the world. Thats the hardest game of our group out of the way.

Its a group stage at the moment so each team only gets 1 point. When it gets to knock-out stage if it was 1-1 it would go to extra time and if it was still a tie it would then go to pens.

Pre season is soon, have to have these songs in preparation! Yeah, England will definately get through there group, other two teams look abysmal. Can't see them going much further than that though, don't seem to have any flare about them. Considering the players they have, they never really seem to play to as a high standard as people have of them.

Nah we won't get past our usual quarter final stage.
Think is i think the denfence looks very dodgy. Rio/King both now out meaning we are left with Terry/Carragher/Upson/Dawson. Meaning no pace whatsoever. Would personally play Terry/Dawson. Don't rate Carragher think his so over-rated, he retired once (beause boo hoo he couldnt get in the team and wasnt prepared to fight!) get to the world up and funny thing is he comes back in! Also havent been impressed by Upson with us this season. Didnt deserve to make the squad in my honest opinion.
As for our strikefore.......Rely to much on Rooney! End off.

I'm not sure what it is about Rooney, always been impressed with him more at United than England. Saying that, there's a few people like that, Ronaldo etc.

I think its the pressure on him, you often find if Rooney doesnt turn up, England doesnt turn up, without Rooneys spark etc we have no plan B! Actually yes we do......long ball after long ball lol!
The expectation the media, the country and the pundits put on Rooney is over the top, never seizes to amaze me!
If Rooney was to get injury England would fall into melt-down lol!

That's true.
Also, the amount of fuss over who is going to start in goals in the World Cup probably led to Green bricking it in the USA game.

As I thought they would, England played like 11 people who have never met on a football pitch before. With the exception of Johnson, Gerrard and Heskey (not withstanding the sitter he missed) England were s.hite.
Got this one by text last night
People should get off Rob Green's back. Yesterday in training he faced over 500 shots and didn't concede one goal. Today he and Heskey will return to training with the rest of the team.
Is there any chance I can change my username please? If it's not possible, no worries I'll just start supporting Inter.
