Bournemouth's players have agreed to help the club financially as the impact of administration continues.
A proportion of all squad salaries have been deferred for February after an agreement was reached with the Professional Footballers' Association.
"Nobody's complaining. It's helping the club financially and we're told it's not long until the takeover," captain Neil Young told BBC Radio Solent.
Bournemouth are hoping to find new buyers by the beginning of April.
The PFA are helping the club with payment of salaries in the short term.
Chief executive Gordon Taylor said: "The Cherries' players have been brilliant. It's important the public know that.
"The PFA are helping all they can at this time, until the future of the club is secured".
