The Football Association is to broadcast the FA Cup tie between Oldham and Leeds on Saturday, 7 November, live on its website free of charge.
Two first-round matches will be shown live on ITV but the FA has stepped in to ensure a third tie is broadcast following the collapse of Setanta.
Earlier this month the FA streamed the England Under-21 international against Macedonia live on its website.
Oldham and Leeds will each receive a £67,500 live broadcast fee.
Leeds are top of the League One table, with the Latics ninth.
"We're excited to be broadcasting live matches on the internet once again," said FA chief executive Ian Whatmore.
Southern League Paulton Rovers versus Norwich City on 7 November and Northwich Victoria at home to Charlton on Sunday 8 November are the matches to be shown live on ITV.
606: DEBATE Is this a good idea from the FA? England's recent World Cup qualifier against Ukraine was broadcast live on the internet.
Kentaro - an international agency appointed by the Ukrainian Football Federation - originally sold the UK rights for the game to Setanta.
But after the pay-TV firm collapsed, digital sport specialist Perform was appointed to stream the match online.
It was understood that none of the traditional television broadcasters were willing to pay the asking price to screen the game.
BBC Sport Everyones opinion on this then??

I think this is going to be the way forward in the future, uefa.com already streams Champions League and Europa League matches on the web on a ppv basis, and I can see live (& legal) streaming grow in a few years time....

Watch most of my football online anyway. Given the choice between paying 50 quid to watch a couple of West Ham matches a month on Sky or watching all of our matches for free online, it's kind of a no brainer what my decision is.

Did anyone actually end up watching this one online?
Can't of seen too many people watching this game to be honest.
Just shocked the FA are doing something and not charging!!
